Yes. If you are not satisfied with VibeCoder, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your subscription start date. After 14 days, unused months are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time and continue to use the service until the end of your current billing period.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB credit/debit cards via Stripe secure payment. For Advanced plan and above, invoice payment is also available. All prices include tax.
Credits are the currency used for AI operations in VibeCoder. Each AI consultation, plan creation, and code generation consumes credits. Standard plan includes 2,000 credits/month (approximately 18-19 pages worth). Advanced plan includes 8,000 credits/month. Credits reset monthly.
Yes, you can cancel at any time with no cancellation fee. After cancellation, you can continue using the service until the end of your current billing period. Your created code and data remain yours even after cancellation.
Export allows you to download the WordPress or Laravel applications you built with VibeCoder and deploy them on your own server. Standard plan allows 10 exports per month, Advanced plan offers unlimited exports. Your creations are truly yours.
The first 100 users who register get 2,000 credits for free (equivalent to one month of the Standard plan, worth 5,500 yen). No credit card required. Once you use up the credits, you can upgrade to a paid plan to continue.
Yes. The Advanced plan supports up to 5 team members with team management and audit log features. For larger organizations, the Mori-Style Complete Pack offers unlimited members, a dedicated consultant, custom training, and SLA guarantees. Please contact us for details.
